I'm on a diet!



Goal: To lose all the excess fats I gained during pregnancy


I've started my diet today, and I could already feel my body weakens.


A year ago, it was easy for me to eat less. Well, I was renting in a dormitory and whenever I got home from work or gimmick, I was usually lazy to even eat. So my body got used to not eating at night. The only proper meal I used to have was lunch because I had friends to eat with. For breakfast, I can make do with biscuits and coffee in the office.


Argh, I miss my body, I miss dressing up!!! 

Wish me luck guys, I can do this, all I need is less food and a lot of motivation.
I can do this..
I CAN DO THIS!!!
